Bad experience, no safety for my kid in lobby, since the glass is broken. These things are not been informed prior booking. Worst experience I have ever had in my life time in Alappuzha Boathouse.
Cruise , staffs co operation , overall it's OK, boat ok, but food was not good and the price which we get the 2 bedroom boat was not fair . When we compared the price with some other house boats , your team charged more.
Cruise boat is not satisfactory, deck is broken ,lobby glass is broken. Air conditioner in lobby and dinning is in maintance. Nothing to say more this is not as expected. Even no rug in bathroom. Apart from food everything is bad
