Their Google page is hacked so don't call the number you see on GMaps to book the room. I was almost scammed. It's a nice transit hotel on NH48. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Food can be better though.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2023 in Pai resorts. THE GOOD: *Spacious clean rooms with all amenities. *Prompt room service. *Excellent food. *Good ambience. *Lake opposite hotel. THE BAD: *Street Light keeps shining from the bathroom in room 101, cannot sleep, had to change the room. *No fan regulators in the restaurant *mosquitoes present beneath sofas in restaurant. *staff do not enter and clean the rooms by using master key in the daytime when the guest is not in the premises, unless the guest tells them to. It is preferable though. *AC controls in room emits green light that disturbs sleep. *No AC in the lobby. I am sure the above can be improved upon, and hope the management will do the needful
Approachable location as very close to Bangalore-Pune-Mumbai highway. Rooms are decent. Good option for a one night stop-over for a long journey.
Pai resort is located on main road towards Mahantesh nagar and on the other site touches the NH4 service Road.Well maintained rooms and tasty food.

The location is nested in such green and well kept grounds with beautiful plants and flowers. The entire theme of property is minimalist and natural. Food served was extraordinarily fresh and delicious. Service staff is polite and quick to assist you. You can't find all of this under one room had such an amazing experience would highly recommend for a great weekend gateway.
We recently hosted our Wedding Reception here. What an amazing experience it was! Banquet lawn is just a dream location for hosting a meet and greet dinner. Our guests loved the food and ambience. Exotic rooms, very clean and hygienic spaces, delicious food, welcoming and polite staff. The complete package at a reasonable charge. I would definitely recommend it for Events and stays :) Thanks to the entire team at Pai Resorts. Wishing you a lovely stay here :)
