The hotel is located centrally (right beside KSRTC bus stand). The rooms are maintained well (can be done better - the AC in our room was leaking water a lot).
We had a triple occupancy room for 4 people. It was quite comfortable during our 2 nights stay.
The hotel doesn't have an in-house realty. There are a few restaurants close by (Shanbag hotel is right beside this hotel agd it's highly recommended), so we don't have to worry about our meals.
Customer friendly service and prime location makes it a decent choice for economical price.
We needed a 2-3 hour room for refreshing ourselves after a hampi trip and a late night train. This hotel fit the bill perfectly and they were happy to provid a clean room with good hot water, towels and soaps. Good service and location.

The rooms are pretty neat and clean bathroom is also neat and clean. It is very close to many restaurants and shops for easy access. Parking space is also available. Staff and Room Service is also good.
