The furniture designs are decent, but the quality is only average. Unfortunately, the service provided by Pai is extremely poor. I requested a repair for a damaged item that was still under warranty a month ago, yet no one has come to fix it despite my repeated attempts to follow up. To make matters worse, their customer support team has been asking me about my satisfaction with the nonexistent service.

Good experience and good service from pai..and main good communication with sales executive name is RUDRESH. The way of explaining is very nice and easily understand process. Thank u so much have good day.

No option for negative figures. Bought sofa set worth 34000. Issue started from Day 2. Don't buy furniture from PAI. Product quality is worst and responses from Managers are even worst.
