We have visited there to celebrate krishnajanmotsav. Hotel is having good ambience and good service.Staff were polite and very punctual in the service. Food served was very testy.We have no idea regarding room service,rest is ok.
We went to the restaurant not the hotel. Management is not good at all. Service was very poor. Taking orders was very random. They took 15 - 20 mins to give the bill. Food was good but management and service was very poor.

We were a party of 15 visiting on a weekday evening, aorta's of late around 8 PM. Service and variety of food item was quite nice and our party seemed to enjoy the food greatly. Like many restaurants in India the menu is extensive. We ordered Indian, some continental and Chinese vegetarian food. Mocktails (though I am not a fan of) were enjoyed by my family members. I would say that it is a good place to visit if you are in Amdavad. Ambience is quite great. Please don't go here if you are looking for a cheap place. They do charge but the service and ambience is worth the money. It feels like any other high wend restaurant in the world.
