I recently had an excellent experience with the doctor and hospital staff at Pagarav hospital. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions I had and providing me with all the information I needed. The doctors were efficient and caring, taking the time to explain my condition and what treatment I needed. The hospital staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable and had all the support I needed. Overall, the hospitality I received was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this hospital and the medical staff to anyone in need of medical care.

One of the worst experiences we have had in Gandhinagar. Crooks in disguise of doctors and medical professionals. The admin staff is also very arrogant and have zero decency to approach patients. They charged us for lab tests and did not submit the reports as well. My brother was diagnosed with malaria and admitted in this hospital, but I had to shift him to another hospital because he developed pneumonia due to medical overdoes of certain injections & lack of proper treatment by the professionals. I had to get in touch with Dr Barot for unruly behaviour of his staff at the time of billing, but the outcome was negligible. This isn't a service oriented hospital but commercially inclined business.

The service from nurses and doctors was excellent. The charges are high but the treatment is good and effective. Ripika nurse has help me with everything. Shout out for her service.

Hospital is cost effective. Doctors are qualified and caring in nature. Staff/nurses are cooperative & attentive. Space congestion is little bit experienced at some places.
