Giving this review after lot of issues: 1. Food is very bad, spicy and oily and my sister stayed there for 2-3 days and got very sick in few days only. 2. Washroom and rooms are not cleaned regularly. Whosoever stayed there got very sick. 3. Even one girl got heart attack may be due to food or hygiene issues or safety concerns. Many girls, including my sister, left the hostel due to this incident. 4. Small rooms and bad reviews u can check here before going there. 5. Safety concerns were raised by my sister who was living there. 6. Management give lot of excuses to give refund when someone vacates the hostel. Someone else should not suffer like this. Please beware.

They want their rent and dues timely but when you complaint about the issues in hostel they ignore it... here electricity bill is the biggest issue.... literally they expoliate their tenants Worst hostel with worst employees

Warden maam is very cooperative her behavior is cool she is very hard worker she always doing work She is very caring n loving I love u maam

Initially when the hostel was managed by Ruhul sir..... I gave this 5 rating But now it's one of the worst hostel since room lelo has taken the responsibility to manage the hostel The mess:- 1) you have to eat chapatis and parathas on daily basis in the breakfast with only alloo ki sabzi none other than that 2) in the afternoon also there's a very rare chance that you'll get to eat some green vegetables you'll either get kadhi aur besan ki sabzi or alloo ki sabzi with lots of masala I mean ..... You will not get to eat anything healthy The food is too oily and spicy 3) the hostel manager Vivekananda Rai is so arrogant that anytime you'll complaint him about food or anything Either he'll neglect you in any way or he'll say "ma'am bass aapko hi dikkat hai to aap pg chrd dijiye" We were promised quality life and food here and all we are getting is harrasment 4) Also warden behaves so arrogantly like she is out teacher or something.... She has the audacity to shout on us and also dosent take into account any of our problems and keeps procastinating by saying that the will resolve the problem and apparently the problem is never resolved

Please don't believe on the rating of this hostel...this is the worst hostel ever ... earlier it was managed by owner Dr.Roohul and everybody used to love the facilities...but now it is managed by a company named as room Lelo...which is not able to manage hostel and also the staff here is very rude , arrogant and misbehaves with tenants; whereas when we complain about any problem here ..the wadern doesn't solve any problem...Also hostel is not safe at all because the gates are broken and it's been more than a week but they haven't repaired yet...last week our biometric was also not working so it took them 3 days to get it repaired....till 3 night the girls were living there with open gates and no security or gate lock at all... .this hostel is good for nothing all we have here is bad food, unhygienic washroom, rude staff,out of network wifi,....etc

Hostel environment is very good and the service provided by ROOMLELO is in better way and also room is spacious , and every amenities provide by ROOMLELO like RO water , Washing machine, Unlimited Wifi, Bed ,mattress etc.
