Padma Kila Hawamahal - Historical landmark in Padma - Hazaribagh, India

It is the palace of last king of Ramgarh Raj, Maharaja Bahadur Kamakhya Narain Singh (1919-1953). At the end of zamandari system the whole estate was taken over by the British rulers in 1945 now under control of Jharkhand govt. This beautiful structure needs immediate restoration by Archeological Department.

I am listening about this palace from childhood by grandmother. whenever I passess through Padma road one curiosity always with me how is it look like. This November we plan to come here and believe me what a place! it is too good ,planning construction,huge buliding,magnificent architecture all are here. It's ruined by lack of care. Jharkhand Government should protect this type of heritage.

the State of Jharkhand is filled with historic palaces, buildings, and sites that have their own unique distinctive. One of them is the old Padma fort located in Hazaribagh. The fort has seen many memorable events but is struggling to maintain its existence in the present. The most impressive example of architecture, this fort is becoming more and more shabby with every passing day.

One of the best place to visit,With family n friends Up stairs Door are being blocked ,there is one Interesting place just near by its Raja's Mehal.

I visited there because of very recent Rajput king. But from my point of view need to improve the place because its look like khandhar

Awesome place totally a place to rest the main entrance gate have a mild blow of fresh air u will definitely feel calm n peaceful..
