Resort in a nature heaven. Very pleasant atmosphere inside the resort itself. Very attractive for children as there are lots of indoor games and swimming pools.

Extremely highly overpriced resort. Rooms are large but poorly made. I paid 12k after 25% discount for the room, that too for a Sunday night. It wasn't worth more than 4-5k based on my travels. Swimming pool is decent. The resort itself is poor to average. Avoid this place. You will get loads of much better resorts around at significantly cheaper tariff. An example of intent to cheat can be understood by the spa, which charges 2200 for a 30 min foot massage with a 1k discount coupon provided by the resort and 1200 if you pay cash directly. Pricing at other better resorts is in the 800 - 1500 range. Rather than cheap tactics and over pricing, it would be better if they were direct and honest. STAY AWAY!

I visited the resort with my family in October starting reception is okay okay but service is so bad.. They should take care cleanliness and food services.. Food is not so good.. Late services.. They should take care of room..

Very good location Clean and neat rooms, restaurant, pool, property Rooms are big and very clean with AC TV fridge sofa and all. Good road connectivity Surrounded with green dark plantation Spa is nice -points No live music No pool side party and all things No campfire and all No activities free Only zipline is thr but extra high cost . Food is very average 1 nonveg item only. No dry starter for food. Only lemon chicken & chicken sambar no any biriyani items and all. No any raindance outdoor activity enjoyment. You just simply sit in restaurant with aged aunty uncles. & have ur food and drinks silently and come back to room and sleep. Resort Not good for youngsters . It is super for who r looking peaceful stay.

Nice place for a family if you want to get away from the city bustle... The property is spread over 30 acres and has cottages, rooms , a cafe, spa, play room, gym, swimming pool, coffee plantation and more. They also have archery, firing, fox line activities in addition to the above. The restaurant food is fine. But the staff could do with some training. Also post expect longer wait time considered to metros the after you have ordered food...but that is what we go to a resort for...

Location was good, but service was horrible. Food served had absolutely no taste. Housekeeping staff were good. Room AC not working properly.

The resort is located in the Natures basket and it is very homely and friendly. They have very good staff right from the Gate Security, Front desk , Restaurant staff and others. They took really good care of us and responded to our requests quickly and promptly. Beautiful ambience, food is really good and tasty. We had come here for New Year Celebrations. My family enjoyed and had a great weekend.
