Worst experience ever! The service and food is horrible , no network , poor wifi and tv also not working. And the worst thing about this resort is parking , these resort are charging extra 200 per day for parking without informing first , when you are about to leave the resort , you will be stopped at the gate and will be asked to pay the parking. The person collecting parking starts fighting with everyone and even threatens to trash your vehicle. Overall a very bad experience , not at all recommended.

I just loved the location of resort. It's covered with mountain and river by side. Food was good and room service was prompt. At reception Mr. Sagar got checkin and checkout process very smooth. Overall experience was great enjoyed my stayed there. Huge thumbs up for team

The worst stay of my life very poor service these people serve the dinner at 9:00pm i would suggest. As per my experience pls go for the alakart we also had to request for the bornfire the lock of the washroom was broken we literally had to beg for the dinner other guests were also disappointed

Wonderful place in the midst of greenery and river side cottages and rooms. Food is very good and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very good food they provide and the premise is spacious. Very friendly staffs. Couple and family friendly. Rooms were clean but interior decoration can be improved. It's a pricey resort but worth it. We Loved the property! Best resort you can get there...

Location is bit far from tapovan area, if you are looking for staycation at resort then you should look for other properties. If you mean to explore area nd resort is for stay then it's reasonable but but expensive compared to Rishikesh. May be it's due to we visited in peak season

Location wise too good, booked this property for corporate outing, approx 60 ppl were dere..services were good, had an amazing experience.

I stayed at the property in june 2023. I booked 3 rooms. Location wise property is OK. I didn't like the service at all. Wifi was not working. TV in any rooms was not working. Parking is also paid which is not included in resort charges. Dinner and breakfast timings are also late. Food was average. There were very limited options and quality wise it's not as per standard. Reception guy was not helpful. They charge you for everything but not provide full service. Although check in time was 2 PM but they get one of my room cleaned and ready around 4 PM that too after I chased them. I will suggest you book any other property if available instead of this property.
