I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The food quality and quantity were both poor, with the dosa size noticeably reduced. The fried rice I ordered was exceptionally dry, and the accompanying gravy was far from satisfactory. It's disheartening to see this once-reliable brand now focused solely on making money. On a positive note, the restaurant does have two floors with ample seating, and the service was notably fast. However, these positives couldn't make up for the overall letdown in the food quality. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its culinary offerings in the future.

From classic flavors to specials we get all different styles of ice cream. My personal preference is gudbud and dilkush. The friendly staff are always happy to offer recommendations and provide excellent customer service. The shop has a charming and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a sweet treat with friends or family. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend visiting ideals for a truly heavenly ice cream experience!

1 good thing about this place is that it's open till 10 p.m. So you can go late and hang around there. Good ambience. It's a self order place and service is good. We ordered 4 different types of ice cream and all were good.

This place needs no description. Well known spot to savour the famous ice creams. We visited on a Saturday evening when the crowd was relatively less and got a seating without wait. We tried Parafeit, Tiramisu, Cutlet, Mango Pulp juice, Tropical Dhamaka, American Choconut, Dilkush, Paneer Focaccia Sandwich, Makhmali Roti with Kaju Masala, Neer Dosa with Green Paneer Ghee Roast. The ice creams were served quite quick whilst the savoury items took a while but not delayed as such. The savoury items were quite tasty as was the ice creams. Staff are friendly. However, it can get quite crowded as time passes, resulting in long wait times.

Must try!!! Visited this place after hearing a great deal about it. This is located inside Bharath Mall. When we visited, there was no waiting and we got seats immediately. The food was okay and the ice cream was good. We ordered Gudbud, Tiramisu, Neer dosa with Paneer ghee roast, chole batura, thali. Parking was full when we visited, it was during the weekend. Do visit for Ideal ice creams

I recently visited this restaurant in Mangaluru and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The food they offer is of top-notch quality and is available at pocket-friendly prices. The Kesar Falooda and I-Pizza (chocolate and caramel flavor) were absolutely delicious and I highly recommend trying them out. Even the sandwiches were very good. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. However, do keep in mind that parking can be a bit of a hassle and wait times can be high, especially on weekends. But trust me, it's worth the wait! This place is a must-visit for anyone going to Mangaluru. Highly recommended!
