I bought a birthday cake from this bakery today for my kid. They gave us worst cake and gave us wrong explanation saying that we have record on what you asked. We asked for a Birthday cake whatever the price would be. At last I bought a new cake in MDS which is very good at same price. And when I call Passam bakery people and asking for this product issue, they respond in a worst behaviour. I suggest not to buy cakes from this bakery like people who are from middle class to buy birthday cakes for their kids. At last...I ran in traffic to buy a good cake for my kid....waste of time and waste of my one day salary......Pls dont try this Passam bakery...
Sundrapuram prime location good order for birthday bash cake and marraige ceremony and Christmas and new year. Tea coffee cool drinks snack ice cream and chocolate...only cash payment not accept card. No wheel chair assistance entrance. No restroom facility. Outdoor u have single 4 chair seating. Pricing may vary piece to piece pastry cake. Full pastry and normal egg and eggless available. Bread bun donutsplum cake ok. $$...Price 60 single pieces...pastry normal Cale price ok

Worst experience. Reception lady very rude. No manners at al for d workers. If owner wants their business they should train employees about hospitality first.. Even a petty shop uneducated people behave better than tat reception lady. Worst cake they serve and they yell at customer.. Worst experience.
