He's one of the best yoga instructors in Lucknow. He listens to everyone's problems and tell the exercises accordingly. He pays attention to every detail. He's very professional.
Ashish Sir is one of the best yoga instructor i have come across. He is very professional and doesn't follow the ' one fits for all strategy ' . He instructs everyone according to their body type and suggests modifications in asanas wherever required. He also has an approachable, calm and friendly aura that makes students very comfortable around him and helps them learn yoga in a better way.
Being a consistent student here for an year, i can assure that you can see drastic changes in your body w.r.t weight , shape and flexibility. Sir also changes the level of difficulty for students with time.
The meditation sessions here , are also amazing , i had some wonderful experiences.

Akash bhaiya is a very dedicated yoga practioner. He is not one of those gurus who sell yoga but he really focuses on helping people through his knowledge. He understands your problem and then plan your class according to what is required to solve it
