1. Not many options on food. Chicken sandwich was devoid of chicken. 2. Tea and Coffee was mixed with sugar and available in the machine. For people like me who take tea and coffee without sugar there was no option to drink tea/coffee 3. Toilet was in bad shape. No toilet tissue and it was stinking. The common toilets are better than this. Could not enter toilet again for taking pics 4. Overall it was a waste of money

Great place to get some rest and food before boarding a flight. The issue I found is the size of the place. It is bit on the smaller side. Apart from that everything was great. It was so crowded line to enter but still they were managing so nicely. They were offering water, advise help whatever they could have done. Food was good and items were not missing at any point of time. Service provided by RAHUL is ultimate.. He is very soft spoken and well behaved.. I would say lounge experience in my recent visit to srinagar is decent enough ..

The food was very nice and the washroom was neat and clean.... especially the all stff are very helpful and serving well mannered...... A very small longue, sufficient for the passenger density. My wife & I entered using our debit cards. The very few snacks. was hot & tasty. The two toilet, air exhausts can surely be more powerful, to avoid the bad odour that even come outside, when they are being used. The seating was very comfortable.

The smallest lounge I ever visited. A small cozy place filled with limited food items but sufficient for a person to fill. Few limited cards works here. Food items are goods and staffs are friendly.

Well what to say, the lounge is just a lowly lounge at the airport. It's the only one so we gotta make do. The service is just like every other Kashmiri place offering service, horrible. The food is above average, the freshly made ones. Cookies and coffee are to be avoided. Horribly soggy cookies and made like sharbet is coffee. Cold drinks are chargeable. Recommendation: 2/10. Avoid.
