As someone prior with no experience of yoga for beginners. It would be the great platform in enhancing our yoga practice. Adi sir can't compromise to give the best knowledge to his students and motivate the students. He is dedicated and committed to the work. Sir is very humble and respectful to the students. I will be completing my 4 month yoga instructor course in a month from now. We are a group of 18 doing YIC course online under the guidance of Adi sir. All from different background, age groups and cities. Sir has put a lot of thought and his years of experience in coming up with the course structure enhancing it with every new batch. Initially I was skeptical about the effectiveness and schedule as it is an online course but there was not a single time that we had issues with connectivity. This is an introductory trainer course so do not expect miracles. I have never practiced yoga asanas before but the practical classes from Sir are structured so you quickly pick up on the foundation poses and challenge you for complex asanas. After 3 months of regular practice also he makes sure we sweat out completely after a single practical session. Instant response to any of our questions, Pair practice, individual teaching sessions with feedback designed by sir make you a confident instructor. Thank you Adi sir and Paadham, feel very fortunate to become a lifetime member of this family.

My 4 month instructor course in Paadham organization was a transformative experience. The comprehensive curriculum provided a deep understanding of yoga principles and teaching methods. Ever since I joined this organisation I couldn't be much happier with my decision. The experience is totally transformative. Our trainer Adhi sir in our demo class said that, This course is not only about yic. but yic + attitude. I didn't knew at that time what he meant by that. But after the course I felt that what he said is true. Me and my batchmates not only Learnt the subject but all of our attitudes had changed a lot. Even though it's online we had a very good rapo with everyone. That's all because of our sir. He made us learnt the right teaching skills, wonderful techniques, he changed our attitudes unknowingly which is very important for a person who is striving for success in life.
