Not satisfied with my experience at P.V.Jewellers. I asked them to weigh the pendants that I was purchasing, they refused to do so, giving excuses that the weighing machine was in the corner and the weight will not be visible. They told me that I could weigh it anywhere and if there was a difference in the weight they would take it back. However small the item, if it is made of gold it is of value and one should be satisfied with the weight at least.
