They do not have a proper stuff like we bought two chains and both got defected after some time. After the first defect we found in chain we went to them for the change or repair but they didn't responded well to us and on that said phenna nhi aata aapko Then after sometime we went for new chain in exchange of that they said ye le lo solid hai is bar kuch nhi hoga Again after few days that too got defect and now what to do Har bar hume hi phenna nhi aata Thier behavior is the worse and not sat to make customers. They just offend them.

It's ok. Not any different than your nearby 'Sunar' jeweller. Karigars are just average . Not recommended at all. If you just want to buy gold with the PP stamp than it's fine. Otherwise better go someplace else.
Very Incompetent staff .They don't know how to speak with customer.Very rude behaviour without apologizes.Didn't recommended.Also,making charges are very high compare to other jewellers.
