Staff are not professional,quite rude to customers. had it not been a godrej stores,no body will step into that shop. Mannerless people in a branded company products spot.
I had purchased an ergomatic chair for my office use paying around thirteen thousand just one week back and the next day of purchase I felt very inconvenience in it to see my patients and the next day itself I riqrequestsd them to replace it to a better one but the very nicely escaped saying that the owners are out of station and they will do the necessary after their arrival.Awaiting to their reply I tday sent my boy to replace it for better one they advised to ask the who is not there giving some mobile number who didn't not respond to my phone many number of times making us fools.Very bad experience,very poor responsiblty towards customers.It is many times better to choose online purchase where we had many options eventheven wehavwe not face to face.
