One of the best hospitals. The ambience is really good for a patient who is trying to recover. The service is excellent. We don't have any worries about staying and doing medical treatment here .The place is very convenient and accessible.

One of the best hospital. Has well experienced Doctors.The entire staff from reception, cash counter, nursing and others are very friendly. They are always there to help you find the exact room or doctors cabin whenever you ask them. They have a very clean and hygienic environment throughout the entire space. Lift is available for all the patients and the people to go on the respected floors. Wheelchairs are also available for patients who cannot walk. Medical is not available inside the premises. If you want to buy medicines, welness forever and other medical stores are very near to the hospital. Thanks for providing good service.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I'm not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital's MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being 'incomplete'.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. Am writing this based on my more than 45 years with the hospital. Wish and hope they can do something about parking of vehicles, specially for seniors. Best wishes.

Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

We had excellent experience at PD Hinduja hospital. Entire staff from security, reception till doctors were great. They help you with a smile, which helps to comfort the patient and family. We cannot thank the hospital enough for their service!

Possibly some of the best service we've received especially when trying to arrange blood work. My mum was unable to walk and so the lab technicians offered to come to the house to take the samples. Everything was handled under very sanitary conditions and done extremely professionally. Even when it came time to receiving the results, the hospital called to find out whether my mum would like to have the results sent personally on her WhatsApp or send to her email. Coming from Australia, this level of service in unimaginable. We were so impressed with the staff and everything that was done to ensure we received the optimum level of care.

It's Excellent Service by Hospital. My baby was sick had fever overnight so I booked appointment on web with Dr. Suhas Prabhu @ Hinduja and on the same time I got entry without any waiting it was my first time visit but it was very smooth entry and consultation. Doctor is the best paediatrician & took no time to diagnose root cause of fever, dry cough and irritating behaviour . He gave medicine and surprisingly same day she was better. I thank a lot for whole team and doctor. Medicine were also available near our gate so it was a easy visit with baby. Thank you.
