May be I went on some wrong day or was it the time of closing of the showroom...serious vibes of disinterested staff felt
Last year 2021 I buy diamond ring from pc jwellers guwahati which it cost me above 40k before purchashing i enquire regarding size issue with that pc jwellers worker she told me if size issue will be there than u have to come here only to make it big or small size at the time of wedding ring got small to my husband so i came all the way from Uttrakhand sasuraal to guwahati for making the size this year but when I went they told me it will take 2-3days for making the size as we was unable to stay for 3days in guwahati we request them to make it as soon as possible for two days we were able to stay as we were having flight t for Uttrakhand atlast they told we can make it in local jwellers also .. Before they shoul tell me that we can make size in local jwellers also now I make the size in small jwellers size is ok but ring got scars n marks... Im Very disappointed
Had the worst experience with this Jeweller. I had ordered a pair of Bangles for which the amount was already prepaid. I went to collect my order for which I had paid about 2000 extra. They don't return your money and force you to buy additional gold which will only be adjusted with the money they owe. We had to buy something extra uselessly. This is CHEATING !!! Also, the slowest service ever, Took more than 30 minutes just to prepare the bill.

We are regular customer of PCJ. making charges are somewhat higher than market but design and quality is very good. They have some saving schemes also one can avail the benefits.
In view of stiff competition in the field of jewellery at Guwahati both by all India brands like Tanishque, Kalyan, Senco, caratalane, etc. And local brand names likes Tanshukh Bhai, they will need to improve in all departments like range, service, choice of payment systems, to mention a few.

No Complain,excluding parking (as it is situated in paltan bazar,one of the crowded place in Guwahati, you have to struggle for parking) , always responsive to your query , On time delivery (if you order your own design).
