Yesterday I went to bowbazar showroom and bought a ear piece for
1.65 lacks. But to our utter surprise , no chair was there at counter , neither anybody offerred us so. Ms Dola at counter was very reluctant when we wanted to try the pc. she even told it will break. How funny , if if breaks now in the showroom, what will happen to it after 2 yrs at my home? No tea, no water , why should I come to you next time? No customer sensitivity as if we are obliged to get the privilage to buy things worth 1 lacs and over from p c chandra.... Management should emphasize on customer service apart from business..
Because, I book a gold product 18th of this month. Order no: HA222301CONW/0354 and IMEMONO : HA222307AR/0266 was already paid for that and told them I will collect it on dated 22nd means today dhantaras purpose. But today when my wife go ur showroom for collect material they will told our product it defective so they will send it to workshop for repairing. But without my concerned with out information how ur person send it. It very but. U will steal my product to others. Please told what am I do right now. I told every person never visit p.c.chandra hatibagan. They are just cheater.
