The store manager Mr. Ananda Bagchi was very very rude and unsupportive. We had come to purchase the ring which was unfortunately got sold a day prior. So we were just enquiring if somehow we can get the picture of that ring to show you and place order then & there itself. On every question of ours he was rudely replying - No. No. No. That's it. No smile, no courtesy. Is this the way your store manager deals with people everywhere? My father is 30 years old customer rof PC Chandra. But unfortunately there is no customer loyalty. Was this the reason that me and my fiance look like and kid and that's why we were treated like this?
I am very old customer of PC Chandra Jewellers.Specially Aditi's behaviour is too good. She is a nice girl and very cordial soft spoken.
Bought doodhbalas (baby bangles) for my baby's annaprashan. Lot of designs to choose from. Staff is incredible.
