Revisit 2023: Good and genuine collection from one of the oldest and reputed stores of Bengal. Definitely my only store when it comes to purchasing gold ornaments, exchange and festival gifts for near and dear. Highly recommended store since ages.

Behaviour of staffs of this showroom is very bad , experience is horrible. I never recommend to anyone of this showroom.They didn't offer you to sit & when we are requesting them to arrange chair , they are simply mentioning , if we can sit , we can't choose ornaments. The behaviour which we receive is very much unprofessional & the staff who are trying to help us is so much rude & everytime try to mentioning that this is the minimum value, & most of jewellery which the staff shows us is more heavy & design is too bulky. We clearly told the staff that we need light jewellery for regular purpose. After few minutes when the staff failed to show the required thing, just mentioned to another staff please show them some design. We waited there few minutes, nobody is responding, we leave that place after this .This is very much shameful , unprofessional behaviour we received from PC CHANDRA JEWELLERS at KANCHRAPARA. May be due to some reason they didn't meet the requirement, but the behaviour is intolerable & zero customer satisfaction .

Overall experience is very good. We went there to buy one bala. They have really good collections for that. Apart from this, there is many more light jewelleries also available. I would highly recommend . Thank You.

Hi all. Mayur from Bangalore. Bought a gold chain with pendant. Reasonable making charge. Really good 22K gold ornaments available. Price was just right. The staff member was really polite. They got me what I wanted in 10 minutes. Gold was checked in front of me using Caratometer. I was happy. Great success.

Worst experience.. person at gem stone counter doesn't even bother why we were standing there? He was just gossiping about his own business.

Staffs are not too much active specially the lady staff of necklace section. Either Collections are limited with less variety or your staffs are not intended to work much.

Came to P. C. Chandra jewellers today to purchase a few ornaments. Arpan the staff here handled the entire situation. I am very much pleased at his skill and behavior. I wish to come here again when I will need . Thanks to you Arpan.
