Visited only once. The staff is friendly. They have a variety collection of gold jewelry but mostly in higher range. I went to buy a ring but hardly found 1 or 2 pieces of the finger size which i needed. Frankly I didn't like the ring collection at all. But as PC Chandra is a big brand, their gold quality is good..
Ohh my gosh. Terrible experience. Staff behaviour is very poor. They even reluctant to show their collections to customer. Last time when visited brought Bangles from there. A tall guy was dealing. He is a nice guy. Other than him rest are with full of attitude. Yesterday visited the place. First of all they are having very less amount of variety of collection comparing with other P.C. Chandra Showrooms. After that their lady staffs. Ohh my god. I think they are judging customers who can buy and who can't. Yesterday was my last visit to P. C. Chandra Jwellers Burdwan. Thanks.
Very well behaved staff. Offered us water when we enter. After billing they also offered us lassi.Making charge is high.Collection was limited but good. Wish there were a little more variety. Location is very close to Curzon gate.
Huge making charges with same products on caret lane & senco gold. There is no way you can find out the gold wright in a jewellery so whatever they will say you have to believe it whether it is rational or not. Not worth your hard earned money. Go for other jewellery shops

Third class staffs, specially two ladies at the Bangle section, They judge people by their physical appearance and make fun of old ladies who are aged near 60 and believe in simple living. Will file a complaint in consumer forum so that This kind of behaviour doesn't happen with any other customers.
