The collection and design are fantastic. The Making charge is at a bit higher end.The staff behaviour is very polite as well. Overall a very good experience
Most trusted jewellery store but customer service could have been better, specially in the necklace section. We went there to buy wedding necklace and waited almost 20 minutes until they showed us the collection. After showing 4-5 designs they refused to show us anymore. Still we managed to buy one of the necklace.
A famous jewellery store at a prime location in Kolkata. Very well maintained, wide range of stock at reasonable price. The staff are very polite and supportive. Worth visiting. We enjoyed our shopping.
The salesperson over there have the worst behaviour ever. If we don't buy bulky things... they don't tend to show us available desings. They behave worst ever. They starts to quarrel... if we ask more options..
The other PC branches have enough good behaviour and hospitality

Beautiful showroom, well behaved staffs.
But I have seen thatyour outlook does really matters when you are entering. When I was not married, I used to visit there as a bachelor, there might be an impression you can get that you are still not eligible to go there even you are capable enough, being a bachelor only time you will get respect if you are going with your Mom and Dad ( with grey hair and typical retired govt servant like look).
Anyway but P C Chandra's making is best in the market, ps they do charge a bit more than others.

The shop owners and employees are all very sincere towards the customers.
Collection is good but for light weight it's not satisfactory. Behaviour of Staff are not good especially at ground floor. If you look rich and seem to spend huge amount, they will attend you cordially. If you don't look rich they will attend you reluctantly. One of the staff, a tall bald man literally pushed me aside by his hand to make way for another wealthy looking customer. I'm never going back to that store again.
