It was wonderful experience place is very nice and stay was worth and beautiful

Location is close to beach but high up so need to climb down from nearby restaurant stairs or walk a few blocks for public stairs access. It's clean, well maintained, fumigated and staff is courteous. Room is dark, not well lighted. Music from nearby club booms all night so it's not relaxing.

Awesome beach facing resort. Suits best for families too . Over here you have a pool n it's lil tiny but you can enjoy the experience with sunset around 18:15 during December.. must visit. Neighborhood is just awesome n u get lots of party hubs

I had been to this beautiful place for 2 nights and overall experience was just amazing. As I reached there I was welcomed with fresh apple juice. While I was doing the formalities they upgraded my room from garden view to sea view, which was such a delightful experience. As soon as my formalities were done my room was all ready. So as I entered this small little cosy cottage all wooden and all clean. With good interiors and all those amenities tv minibar and a bottle of wine as a complementary drink with fruits. As I came to the balcony I just realised the room was full paisa vasool. Such beautiful view the sea the wind the place I loved it. After a while we went to have our lunch where in we had dal makhani along with naan and 2 beers. Must say the food was so yummy the taste and the presentation cleanliness just up to the mark. Beer was around 80 for a pint and overall bill was around 440 which was reasonable coz the food was worth it. The next morning we were all ready excited to have the breakfast and the menu was sausages eggs bacons masala cheese omelet bread butter fruits juice and coffee everything was yummy and the service was quick. So overall I loved the food the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and location

Very good place as far as resort is concerned. Good staff service. Cottages are really beautiful and ideal for couple. I'll recommend partial sea view cottages. Only issue with locality is you will heard loud music from nearby resort. Your sleep might be distributed because of this.

I would not say that i was thoroughly impressed by Ozran Heights Beach Resorts. The entrance to the hotel was a narrow, unruly road with broken stones, so I'd pay caution to this. When inquired with the reception, all we heard was an excuse that there were so many visitors, but that hardly seemed like a good enough reason because the entrance even on a 2 wheeler, it could be easy to loose balance. The cottages were decent, toiletries were provided, linen as well. But the view from our cottage was a partial sea view but great none the less. Unfortunately you've also got yourself the next door bar/club that parties until 3 in the morning, so if you're in need of some quiet time, or travelling with kids, please avoid the place since cottages tend to rattle because of the music bass. The breakfast was decent, eggs on demand, cornflakes, bhajjis, chole and puris, juice, tea and a bit of fruits. I'd rate the place a 6/10 because of the terrible music situation.

We had never heard of/visited Ozran Beach during any of our previous visits to Goa, but this time we stayed at Ozran Beach Heights Resort for 3N/2D. This was one of the best sea-view from the porch kind of stay we had. We opted for the rooms of the second row. This not only guaranteed a beautiful sea view from inside the room and from the porch but also isolated us from the constant passing by of visitors. The manager, Mr. Chandan Singh was kind enough to book the first room of the second row; which was the best room, in my opinion. This had a clear view of the sea (not all of the rooms in the second row have this). One of our family members wouldn't have been able to climb down the 100-odd steps to reach the Ozran beach but we had a great sunset viewing right from our porch. Coming to the staff, all staff members, along with the manager were always willing to help with all requests we had, irrespective of the hour of request. We reached there pretty late in the evening and everyone helped us settle in, without any hiccups. They willingly made sure all our requirements were taken care of; even during the night, they helped us with providing with dinner utensils and cutlery (yes, currently they don't have lunch and dinner services, only breakfast but they provide utensils and all) and collected the same later. As for the room maintenance, we requested the rooms to be cleaned everyday, which the staff complied with. The wifi connectivity is pretty good too. The only thing we felt was the lack of lighting inside the room; we felt they could have kept the provision of some more lights in the room and leave it to different guests to use as per their convenience. The staff even assisted us with fixing one of our luggage bags, saving us the hassle to go to Panjim and look for luggage stores. The hotel consists of individual wooden cottages on the Ozran cliff with panoramic sea views from any spot on the premises. Please keep in mind that the approach to the property is a bit dark and rugged but the entry has a security guard, at all times, who not only promptly lets the guests in and out but also helps with with their cars in the parking lot. Up until the party hours kick in, this property has a very calm ambience. This resort is surrounded by some of Vagator's most visited nightclubs; Glory, Anteras, Titli. So be prepared to experience all the party music in the cottages itself. If you want less of such party noise, I'd recommend staying in one of the cottages closer to the reception area, even though you'll still get the party vibes pretty much till the wee hours of the morning! Overall, this is an amazing resort to have a great time and also relax while chilling on the porch, experiencing the breathtaking sunset and sea view. Last but not the least, Mr. Chandan Singh, along with each and every staff member, look after the whole place and are extremely helpful, making sure the guests get everything they want. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Looking forward to go back again!
