The hospitality of this hospital is very kind , the staff approached us whenever we needed. The atmosphere of the hospital rooms gave us the homely feeling of the cleanliness & the maintenance by them . I personally recommend this hospital because we experienced a good thing and I just wanted to share this so that all the other people can know about this hospital And the treatment is done very well. I'm very thankful for the doctors and staff in the hospital and the security too... They treated us with a great respect.
After an accident yesterday, my brother was admitted to this hospital. The worst experience faced about room service. improper upkeep, foul-smelling rooms. Poor nursing care is provided. The primary parking structure is not available for in-and-out patients. We park our cars on main streets or smaller ones. paying a large sum yet receiving subpar assistance or responses
Today I visited ozone hospital front office and management are very friendly and polite. Housekeeping also very good service and Dr bhargava Talluri sir treatment was very well explained.
