DO NOT BUY OR RENEW your memberships here, the gym hasn't had electricity for weeks and might close down.
The management is SCAMMING people by selling memberships knowing full well that the gym might close down.
Their phase 8 branch closed down first & now this one might also close.
Save your money and don't get scammed by these people.

The best OZI gym branch in mohali. The machines are super professional (cybex). Great staff and good trainers. The gym has 3 floors 1 for cardio sessions and another 2 for weight training. The packages are really amazing (1,3+1, and 12months)

Gym is good but I'm afraid that i could say the same about the staff and the manager here. Most of the machines are not in a working condition as they are not maintaining them properly, A.C was not working properly it's like there own choice when to turn off the same. The floor manager has kept staff/trainers under pressure, there's no one to complaint for anything and there choice of music is worse do carry your own headphones otherwise you end up listening to some Japanese school girl like songs.
Don't go by the old reviews. This Gym has been in its worst condition over the last few months. They haven't paid the electricity BILLS and Rent there is no lights in the gym from 6 week "
Building owner ne GYM ka board v utar dia hai
Gym Owners ko koi lena deni hai customer se they are keep asking the current member to go to 9 phase OZI branch. But the branch have no enough space and equipment's and even they are also struggling with electricity issue daily.
I have the owner's number and keep trying from 5 weeks No one answered even reply of my WhatsApp messages.
From the last six weeks, This Gym has been closed and owner don't bother about their customers. There are many people like me who had paid 1-year fees and just spent 2 month.
If there is anyone who have any info please reply and advise the best.
Worst experience after renewal of my membership, trainers are very helpful but the other staff is not at all supportive, even their seniors don't know anything, I m member of this gym since 2019, after management had been changed, things got worse, before this management the gym was phenomenal,equipment were usable but now condition of equipment is not even usable, staff do false promises while renewing membership, Even AC are also not working here, I said them multiple time for maintenance of equipment's & ACs they don't even bother what client is saying. DON'T waste your time & money here please, I m writing this after so much of frustration.
They are just ruining the ozi gym brand....Don't waste your money guys..and if you are joining then take the bill...they will say you that software is not working...but after that if you claim anything then they will say this is your mistake that you didn't took the bill....They always do false promise with clients during membership...Very Bad experience. Bad Management..They don't even care about client satisfaction.Don't Join what ever they say...They are cheaters...

One issue that stands out is the inability to transfer a membership to a family member. whose membership had expired For instance, if an individual's one-year plan expires and their family member wishes to take over the membership, it is currently not possible. This limitation can be frustrating for members who want to ensure their loved ones have access to the same fitness opportunities they enjoyed. The gym should consider revising this policy to accommodate such cases.
In situations where membership transfer is not feasible, I would suggest implementing a refund policy. If a member's plan expires and they are unable to transfer it to a family member, they should be entitled to a partial refund or credit towards a new membership. This would provide greater flexibility and fairness to loyal members who want to support their family's fitness journey.
Additionally, the cost associated with transferring a membership is quite high, currently priced at 4000. This fee seems excessive and could potentially discourage members from considering the option altogether. Reducing the transfer fee to a more reasonable amount would encourage members to explore transferring their memberships when necessary, without facing a significant financial burden.
Overall, the gym offers a fantastic fitness experience with its well-equipped facility, knowledgeable trainers, and diverse range of classes. However, the membership transfer policy should be reconsidered and improved to accommodate family transfers or, alternatively, provide a refund option in such cases. Additionally, the high cost associated with transferring memberships should be reviewed to make it more affordable for members. With these changes, this gym has the potential to become even more inclusive and member-friendly.
