Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The staff were just lovely and the breakfast was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and we stayed for 4 nights, from the moment we arrived, the staff where always friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was big, clean and very comfortable, it felt like you were the only people staying there, very relaxing.I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There were no latches to washrooms and opening the tap in washroom opens both the shower and the tap which was irritating. I had a terrible experience with the staff present there, they didn't know any manners and the boy was shouting on us. Before the procedure of check out itself, the staff came in for checking which is very wrong and uncomfortable for us. Very poor hospitality and management is offered. I would suggest to go to a better hotel rather than choosing this.
Room was spacious. Charge was more. Bathroom is very small. I did not liked this bathroom. Good thing was it had geyser. No place to put clothes. Small cupboard.

Service is pretty bad. Booked room for 3, but we didn't got extra bed. Received a bedsheet with a Big hole. No proper response. Lift is pretty congested, sufficient for 1 person with minimal baggage. Wash basin water comes out near bathroom tap water openly in bathroom, not a underground connection. Yuck...
If there was a chance of giving 0 star, I would have definitely done it. This place and management is not worth for even 1 star. Staff were very impatient. The receptionist was very dumb, she didn't even react when the boy was shouting on us. The manager was also very impatient.
excellent hotel for a economy price. very near to airport. i like the staff hospitality and support for various aspects. they provided the travel options for cheaper price. rooms are clean and neat. interiors were so good... overall
