I have online booked Room & Done online payment before check in but there Hotel management perspective demond 1000 rs extra charge so I were pay extra amount due to my privacy & this Hotel management perspective very bed service & rooms no washing bed sheets & come bed samils in room I feel very bed service for Oyo rooms so please resolve this issue & refund my amount 1000Rs
Horrible experience. I made payments to OYO. Yet i was not entertained at the Hotel. I had to pay the amount at the Hotel. I still have not yet recieved the cancelled booking amount. Very Very disheartened by Oyo and the connecting hotel. Shame on you..
I had bad Experience. I booked it under OYO rooms. I didn't got any towel or soap.
Bathroom very dirty,
In the morning there was no water at all in bathroom,
Exhaust didn't work in toilet,
Expect to sleep only nothing else.
Bed mattress was good enough and AC works that's the only two things that worked.
The hotel staff is fully disciplined and behaviour of the staff is also outstanding, my experience was during my stay is excellent I am very glad, I recommend the best hotel at Narnaul
as per my opinion the best hotel in Narnaul for the privacy of adults, however the staff is also outstanding specially the manger mr ajay yadav the best person he deserves the post as he is.
bloody hell oyo. oyo representative specially did my booking as i requested early checkin at 11 am. i was allowed checkin after 12 and room was unhygienic and bogus. i'd guve zero star if i have the option
The hotel is located at a nice destination. .. Staff is very much professional and the facilities are good enough... It was my great experience to stay at this hotel.......i would like to recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation...
