They are charged Rupees 300 extra per even after 100% online book. Provided room after taking the extra charges. Not provided the room when we show the online tickets at counter... Very very bad for such types of response from a OYO hotel
I was completely shock...I booked it from Agoda with 668 but after reaching the hotel asked to pay 700 more ....why ? I couldn't understand...but I have raise the issue to Agoda....hope to get sort out soon
Worst hotel to stay... Owner doesn't know how to behave with customer.... They will charge Rs1200-Rs1300 for an ordinary room(Rs500)and will harrass the boarders for early check out... There are ample of good hotels to stay at Berhampur so kindly don't opt this bogus one ....
Worst Hotel, I have ever seen in my life. Before opening the gate at the time of arrival, they told that we don't get money from OYO, and further our price has been increased which has not been reflected in OYO website. So, you have to pay Rs. 500/- in cash. The cleaning is very poor and I don't know without proper verification how OYO is giving licence to such poor hotels. It's so pathetic. I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. I would suggest not to waste money in such low grade hotels.
First of all they said that you have to pay extra the amount which is shown here is very less. Then one my friend convinced him since we will be staying for 3-4 hours. The washroom is bad. The water was clogged, the flush didn't work as intended. Overall never ever booking this hotel in my life or recommending anyone. It felt like they didn't want you to stay. We were 3 male guys.

Absolutely pathetic service. The guy in charge was literally trying to run us off from the place. He also accused us of stealing towels. As if you could improve doing these shenanigans, and show yourself cautious to folks who simply want a comfortable stay. Please don't go there! There are other better guest houses. The bathroom is not well maintained as well.
I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. It met my expectations and was a good option for low-cost accommodation. The room rates were affordable, and the staff was friendly. The location is great and right next to MKCG Medical College and Hospital, so it's close to everything you need.
