Gr8 place to go and have fun with family. Good for marriage booking and also restaurant is here so no problem in having food. Clean hygienic and sanitized. Centrally located in posh area. Great staff and ambience. Big reception.

The owner is very co operative along the the staff.... The food is super qualitative with a very reasonable price... Good thing is the food is always made fresh which is very unlikely for Hotels.... And the staff listens to you whenever you need anything.... Good place!

Services and staff is too good.... 5 star for services and staff.... Rooms are too clean and big also.. Every room have a wardrobe for cloths and room size is so big. Perfect place for meeting and spending time... The owner of this hotel is so polite behavior... Lots of oyos dont have for customers in rooms like wardrobe for cloths chair for seating but this oyo have all the necessary items... Kitchen is also good for food.....

Better connectivity to NH-8 and old Gurgaon commercials without any kind of hustle as located in civil lines. I was there for a casual meeting, really nice and very supportive staffing. No doubt, need little cleanliness but it can be improved. Also it's bookings can be done through Oyo services. Overall it was a good experience at considerable amount, worth it.

The worst hotel i had seen in my life, they misguided me for their room rates. their services were not standard. room lights were not proper. bathroom was not clean. room service was pathetic. how these kind of Hotel get 3 star. they deserve the category of restaurant only. really a very bad experience i had with them recently.

The owner said he doesn't accept oyo payment and made me pay the whole amount at hotel. Some amount was already paid through OYO money he asked to pay the full amount or cancel. There were cockroaches in the room, no toilet paper and the attitude of the staff was overall very rude. I paid extra during the booking for breakfast but was told that my breakfast is not included. Had to have another discussion with the owner about it. No complimentary water bottles. They charge 30 for a 20 rupee bottle. The breakfast was extremely bad and the only options were puri aloo or bread jam.

Visited to hotel Viva a month ago with my wife, i must say one of the most mesmerizing property in India i have ever been to, food was really good and i must really appreciate the house-keeping(the cleanliness is above then the mark). Hotel is located in such a silent place no rush & a pollution free environment an actually a non- disturbance area. Would like to visit again with my family..
