The hotel is very good but the management is very bad. There were cockroachs in my room, idk hw i slept, the toilets are also not taken care of. But the hotel have all the amenities but no proper management. Needs a little bit of improvement.
hotel was good. But it becomes habit of hotel to ask extra 200 or 300 per day when you check in.... they won't provide you any slip. On complaining, oyo asks for slip which hotel doesn't provide. If you phonepay/googlepay oyo doesn't consider this as proof... Ultimately you have only option left is to pay that money otherwise hotel doesn't give you room. Oyo needs to do something in this regard..

Rooms are below average. It was not clean. Bedsheets was looks dirty and yellowish. Bathroom was in very bad condition. Even seat cover was not present and hand shower was not working. I would not recommend until there is no other better option. Attitude of reception guy was really high. He doesn't bother what customer is asking or talking to him. Location is very bad if you are coming by car. There is no parking l. You need to park on street.

Good staff, fine rooms but washrooms need a little more care. Handheld Jet spray didn't work well. Overall location is inside another business. As you enter the crowded street on your left after leaving 4-5 buildings mentioned Virat hotel, oyo isn't mentioned as such.
