OYO Viditva 1 Near Iskcon Temple Noida - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Room was decent.But TV was not working properly as well as bathroom exhaust fan was not having a switch to off it so it was making noise all the time. Power supply was a bit discontinued regularly.. And main thing I purchased a pack of lays which was worth of 15 but he charged me 20 and a water bottle of 20 but he char me 40 rupee

This hotel is bad as anything. Management is very poor and unprofessional. You won't find it worthy at all. Most important if u need to pay 50/- for 750ml water.. too.... Highly disappointed. Don't book it at all. Very bad experience. Would never come back again and would insist other people to save themselves from the mishap.....I filled a suit in consumer Court for cheating, breach of contact and misbehaving....I booked it through Oyo....called Oyo regarding my concerns but they didn't responded....

We checked-in late. But what I experienced in our short stay, was the most pathetic room service ever. Even drinking water was not served and several calls to provide us a mineral water bottle was neglected. What else could we have expected.

Worst experience with this OYO hotel "9025 Viditva 1" not clean room as they mention and AC is also not cooling. I call many times to the hotel staff for provide TV remote they say "will give you sir wait for a minute" but didn't give me TV remote. I stay 1 night and a day and I wake up 4Am morning bcoz light was cut, no fan working or AC.. I go to Reception and they say "Sir Generator ka Diesel khatam ho gya hai ladka lene gya hai" and for one time it's okey I can understand that Situation but 3 times same problem and same answer, It was so irritating... Light was cut for an hour or two hour.. I was so irritated about the service of this OYO hotel. And one the major problem Room locks are not good.. the lower one is broke and upper one is loose... proper security issue.. "I Genuinely so disappointed about that much irresponsibility of OYO"

I stayed at hotel from 10th dec to 14th dec. And I paid full amount on first day i.e. 10th at the time of check-in. My oyo booking got cancelled somehow i dont know how. and have to rebook directly and paid once again on 11th dec and 12th. they told me i will get invoice on my email. but guess what? I have not received any mail yet!! Eager to get money at check in time but delays sending bill?

I had worst experience in this hotel. It is not exactly a hotel,it is a pg. My room lock was not working so the hotel manager told me not to worry about lock, he told me to leave my room without lock, then the food quality is pathetic. This is so risky hotel to stay in.So be careful.

Good hotel and decent staff, i got it via oyo and their hospitality is good in noida. Rooms are hygienic and clean. Infrastructure is good and food is good quality. Overall budget and best hotel in noida.

Oyo is charging very wrong amounts at hotels they charge different and at the time online payment Oyo is charging so much money.... They are not loyal with their customers.. Also have talked with Oyo assistant agents they are just not picking the calls and not resolving my issue till now... Very bad experience very bad..
