OYO Vgs - Hotel in Lucknow, Semra - Lucknow, India

First thing I want to point out about this stay is that I was charged RS 800 extra and the provided reason was the amount mentioned in the app on which I booked the stay is very less and they can't check me in for that amount. My check-in time was late evening so i didn't have any other option other than paying the amount. Let's talk about the stay, the area is remote not easily accessible most of the cab driver will cancel the ride after accepting and struggling in finding the way. The building is not maintained, from outside it looks like ruins as compared to all the Oyo's I stayed ever. Room is smelly , toilets are dirty. you will definitely going to regret once you enter the room. One more point that I want to mention is outside food is not allowed and the food inside is not good and it's costly, only breakfast will cost you 200-250. The only thing l liked about the Oyo is staff, they were helpful. Over all experience was a clear disappointment.

The hotel staff and facilities are very nice and they are very polite and atmosphere are so friendly, overall experience are very good all are so nice great well cleanned all are so good rooms are very neat and clean bedsheet is also nee and clean bathroom and all sanitary are also good ad ac are in working condition, parking facility is also provided by the hotel staff and facilities are very good,i like this hotel very much ad i wish in future i also come to hotel and visit again this is only possible through oyo thanku oyo for providing me such a great hotel from the search list, thankyou oyo team.

Worst OYOI like security of hotel...nRooms are in good condition.The hotel manager charges 600+ more after checkin , this was totally against the rule , the OYO making fool to people with very low price on online...oyo is very disappointing....nTV without recharge.nCupboard smells much and sudden tearing eyesnThis is not fair. nOyo told to refund my online payment within 7-14 days other wise shift In other hotel.nIt was night near about 10:30pmnSo I have no option , so I paid and stay their...nPlease people don't book oyo , they were making fool only

bhut hii ghttiyaa niym bnaa rkhe hai inhoNne jaise towels sirph 1 hii deNge / washroom meN shower jel ya soap nahi denge subah garam pani nahi aayega tv kabhi chal hi nahi sakta kabhi recharge nahi hoga to kabhi bandar ne chhatri hila di hoti hai . jitni karwat lo utni bar wedd dz banayega . jitna stay ka doge usse jyada food bill charge karenge. samany halat me 3 star hotal ke jaisa restorent bill hota hai enka jb sare raste band hon tb es property ko dekho like jb road pe sone ki naubat a jaye tb . kyun ki experience ye road chhap hi dene wale hai aapko . agar mera experience card padh ke kisi hotel stap ko mirchi lage to bolo ki chije sahi karen .

Food was good and staff behaviour nice, but i booked room 500, when i reached hotel, i pay extra 200 than i got a room, I'm Diss point for this,

Very very bad experience i ever faced in my life during any Hotel/Oyo visit. When we ordered food for lunch, a staff member came to our room and note down we ordered. We waited till half an hour then call to reception to know about when the food will come to our room. Spokesperson said us there is no cook ritenow, and the cook will come after 2 hours only then we will take your order. Keeping in mind that a staff member of this hotel has already taken order from us. We demanded for extra towels, after making 2-3 requests from phone i myself had to go downstairs and took towels. There is no management between the staff members. We got a phone call from reception for making bill payment when we were sleeping. Just think "check in karne k 3-4 ghanto k andar kon bill pay karne ko kehta hai"...

Good option with in Budget hotel, if you are travelling in and around Lucknow.

service is poor, ac not working, gyser not available which was shown in oyo bookings and lots of other problems to be faced for the visitors. They should improve there services.
