OYO Varadashree Comforts - Hotel in Mysuru, Visveshwara Nagar - Mysuru, India

Location was fine. We can get auto and cabs easily to go to any other location. Morning breakfast was fine. The main issue I faced during stay was the service of the hotel. Bed sheets and blankets were not clean and they were hesitant in changing those after complaining for several times. Hotel has a decent veg restaurant at ground floor.So food is not an issue here.

Here owner himself receiptionist and supervising restaurant. So, whenever you call to reception number no one will answer the call when question him he always argue with guest saying I am here only gone to rest room etc, I dnt know these many times restroom visit called as loosstool. He will not be at reception always roaming around. Every 1 hour once 5 mints he will be available. He does not have courtesy bcz of his un helpful nature I suffered 1 hour for check in. Since he does not have knowledge that how the app works and he did not least bouthered to sort out the issue. He always started blame on OYO. Here OYO has to take it seriously. Dnt expect the service here for each and everything guest has to follow up with him. 1st of all he does not know himself that how to operate tv remote. Then, think about what kind of service you will get. If you order the food to room they will serve without plates. How the guest has to eat that. No dental kit provided. Daily morning they will give breakfast coupon as complementary if guest eat any breakfast worth of >> 80 Rs then they will collect the difference. They will serve the drinking water in a plastic jug. Lot of mosquitoes will welcome thro out the night. Final comment. Owner himself has to undergo guest relationship training from OYO, otherwise OYO will look it reputation. Bcz he doesn't know the the value of guest. So., Restaurant food taste is really awaesome... credit should goes worker not to the owner. Here, employees are so humble. Big thanks to employees.

The ACs don't work. on a hot day, very difficult to relax. Staff not well-versed with customer handling, when there is an issue, they turn very defensive. I ended up in an arguement, but they no apology from them. Personally i strongly recomend not to use because of their bad behaviour

So, found 4-5 cockroach(proof) in the room on 2nd floor at night.. Even the staff didn't behaved well with us !! He was like sir its your time to checkout.. you can't even stand here inside the hotel... Like what type of service you are providing where we can't even stand there ??

I feel this one is the best accomodation in mysore...i came for holiday with my family all of them impressed with the behaviour ,cleaning, Rooms, and one of the best thing is food...The taste is awesome.... including north and south Indian dishes....i recommend every one for couples also to visit atleast once when in mysore ..

Nice Hotel for 1/2 days of accommodation with a Restaurant situated at Ground Floor. Well Maintained. Atmosphere is quiet cool. Service is good. Affordable and Economical Rooms.

'THE WORST' hotel I have seen in my life. No maintenance at all at the same time there is no responsible person available at office to have a conversation. Even though we go with booking I'd they won't allot rooms and make us wait for half an hour

Room seems ok but little outside mysore, locality is posh, just to mention no liquor or non veg allowed inside i wonder how was it listed in oyo, but truely value for money rooms
