Vry disappointed by the staff, improper management, untidy bedsheets n pillows, no hotwater in bathroom overall unhygienic, not couple frndly, they don't hv manners to talk, unprofessional behaviour.

They don't keep records properly and disturb guests. Unhygienic- non washed bed sheets and smelling pillows
Hotel staff is very arrogant and rude, specially to couples and people who don't know Marathi.
Was asked to leave just because our local friend entered their premise to deliver home cooked meal from his mother.
Rooms are very dirty and very shady.
Locks are delicate, cockroaches in the room, stained bedsheets.

It's a small place. It's in a residential colony a house converted into a hotel. Lift is under construction. The rooms are small and not very well maintained. The chewing gum is pasted on the furniture and not cleaned. The bathrooms are make shift. Cleanliness is an issue. Covid protocols are not being followed. The staff is complacent. Not a good experience.

One of the worst places to stay. Following was the experience:
1. Toilets were not cleaned. No daily housekeeping.
2. Bedsheets were torn with wrinkles.
3. No proper blankets to tackle 10 deg C cold
4. No lift in the property
5. No hot water provision.
6. The receptionist woke us up at 1 am in the night to take out an extra blanket from the room.
7. This property's owner has several other properties and these guys made us shift to new property/new room for first two days.
8. No kettle/tea set in room.
Nice place to stay, neat and clean property complying with covid norms. This property is at walking distance from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar international airport, Nagpur. this is a Service apartment providing homely stay at reasonable prices in comparison to other nearby hotels/Service apartments. Passenger lift/WiFi available.
It would be the best place in budget to stay near nagpur airport, only if it has lift as well. Overall its a good stay just 10 mins from airport. Ola uber also available any time here.
