Very bad hotel never book this staff was very rude had to book another hotel , location of the hotel was very remote and the hotel was completely empty in the rush season lights were off rooms were not clean, also staff refuse to record video

Rooms- The rooms were good for price. It's great if you want to stay with 4-10 people for good number of days. Service - Service was a bit bad. They didn't even have bottled water available. We ordered food from them after 10 PM it was bad and costly. But the receptionist was helpful. He even delivered a forgotten watch down to the main road. Location- Located a bit outside of the city. It's is calm and peaceful. Location is safe. But it is difficult to drive up from main road to hotel for inexperienced drivers. All in all if you are on a budget and looking for a calm place it is a good place to stay.

Rooms are okay. Service is poor. Only redeeming quality is the great view from room windows. Otherwise would have given 1 star.

Worst hotel experience of my life the staff of hotel is so rude the charges of room are high they charge extra for heater and also cancellation not available even before 48 hrs the owner of hotel is so rude in nature I would not recommend this hotel at all they dont know how to take care of their customers

Had booked it for forn Jan 4th, 5th and 6th via Agoda for my parents of age 67 and 66. Shock of the Arrival they don't provide a room heater when temperature is actually - 1 and - 2 degree Celsius and were asked to pay for Room heater. They we denied a cup of tea saying that it could be made only in morning nothing possible now.. The wifi facility is like dud.. Once the door closes there isn't any network aviliblity in room.. Tv is present but the didn't recharge there set top box / DTH connection so practical no TV.. Pictures of the room are good and Value for money but the rooms are far more worse then in pictures.... I wouldn't recommend even any Family y or solo travelers for it.. They had to check out the hotel a day prior then the scheduled booking as it was not worth staying and nor was the staff cooperative... I wished I could say atleast one thing good for. The hotel... But sadly there isn't any

The rooms are clean and well finished. Washrooms seemed to need some maintenance though. At the time of my visit, hotel was grossly understaffed. The available staff was trying to do their best to help though. There was no restaurant or food availability, though the staff helped in arranging meals from outside. In terms of location, its towards the outer area of Shimla. One should make a booking only if they have a personal vehicle at their disposal. The advantage of such a location is that overall the area is very peaceful. Overall, given the price, hotel is fine if a person is looking for an independent stay because many basic amenities like meals are unavailable.

Worst ever service experienced, dusty room, no food options not even tea you can get. Also, they gave us a room full of light at night, the light was coming from a street light and curtains were also of inferior quality so we could not sleep properly at night. Parking is very tight and the location is also not good.

First time we stayed in a hotel, with a worst experience. The room was so dirty, we took a family suite, kitchen was for namesake, we could not use it. The cupboard was so dirty we didn't remove our cloths and had to keep in our suitcase the entire stay. We went to the front desk 10 times to come and clean but no one showed up. We told the manager to give us a cloth we will clean from our end, even that we were willing to do from our side but he said he will sent someone but no one came. We were tired and exhausted we just asked for a bottle of hot water, they gave us in a sprit bottle, which was so dirty as they mentioned they boiled milk before that. We had to give our water for them to boil. Washroom was horrible, water shortage, asked for water for washup, they gave us in a bucket filed with insect. We hardly stayed in the hotel. The next day someone entered our room when we were not there, took our bucket, smoked cigarettes and threw in our washroom. Informed the front desk, but he did nothing. Worst of worst experience, all of us are traumatized by the experience.
