OYO Trance Hospitality Services - Hotel in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

The experience was so worse that I don't find any space for improvement. Firstly the behaviour of staff was very casual and unprofessional. They denied check-in to me and my friends because we booked from Goibibo and were like we should go somewhere else because all rooms are sold out. Since we were in a hurry we requested for a room which he gave after we agreed to pay him the total room fare along with some extra money, that too in some other bank account. Along with this, the rooms were very small, ugly, smelly and untidy. The rooms are basically inside the apartment/flat which they are using as OYO. Only if the staff would have been a little bit helpful and showed good hospitality I might have given a bit better rating.

Location wise it's good. Room is fine but with nominal facilities, like you are charging 1000 to 1200 per room and you are failing to provide clean towels, no working remotes, broken shower, room cleanliness. ***Room Amenities Dirty bedsheets Dirty blanket covers with smell coming out it completely. ***Fooding Worst completely If you are staying there for more than three to four days, it will be our mistake to expect some good quality food and all you will get is the same POHA each and every day that too in a limited quantity that won't even fill half bowl. No proper drinking facility ***Staff Good afterall What price should a customer expect? 600 as per the facility they provide!

Stay was not good AT ALL room were not as per the pics in OYO app. non hygiene and not cleaned. Bathroom was only 6 by 3 ft only one person can enter in the bathroom. When I checked out reception manager asked for checking the payment and I opened the app and showed him in the phone he then purposefully took the phone and took 5 rating. Becuase he knows about his service and experience of customer and what customer is going to give him in rating. And this hotel is not good stay For family or couple or single person. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I stayed in room no. 101 of this hotel on the night of 25th November 2019. I had booked through Oyorooms.com. The experience was horrible. It was evident from the tell-tale wet smudges on the bed sheet, that people had recently had sex on the same and the hotel staff had not bothered to change the same (probably that is why they claim that the hotel is "couple friendly". Blanket/quilt was also shabby and worn out. Bathroom was extremely dirty and the bad smell emanating therefrom was unbearable in the room too. Bath room floor too was very dirty. Flush tank was overflowing. There were insects in the room and all around it. The room was very small (just to accommodate a double bed and go around it). Since I was extremely tired at around 11:45 in the night when I had checked in and had an early morning flight to catch, I had no option but to sleep there nevertheless, after reversing the direction of the bed sheet. Later I checked the customer reviews of this hotel. There are many previous similar bad reviews of this hotel at makemytrip.com site. While replying to these reviews, the hotel management has given only false assurances to improve. However, the hotel condition appears to have gone from bad to worst. It is better to sleep on the footpath than to stay in this hotel. I have given "one star" review, only because there is no option to give a "zero star".

So many things were off about this place. Some of those were poor hygiene, lack of professionalism and the worst was unethical way to gain positive reviews. For the price the stay was OK but the guy at reception took my phone during checkout and gave 5 stars on his. No consent was taken, he didn't even tell what he was up to.

Be aware... and go if this Is a last option. 1st the good.. 1sf Staff behaviour is good they are helpfull. 2nd parking space is good.. Bad.. 1 Rooms are nor Clean properly.. 2 bathrooms are also not clean.. 3 not feels privacy as the boys are goes up frim stairs and come down.. And it sees from there inside the bathroom.. i saw A boy going up and coming down looking at me then he just turn his eyes. Don't know what should i do.. Bu after that i don't feels safe.. The are is not so good. 4 Doors are not lock properly you have to lock them carefully.. 5 they give used water bottles this is happen with me everytime... And they charge it for mineral water. As this is a normal used bottle.. 6 again safety is big concern for me as the boys are always outside the rooms.. And don't know but not feels safe .. This is my personal expeirance.. And all is trueth... You can check others nearby at same rate.. Or even higher But try to avoid this..

Extremely dirty hotel. Seems like this hotel is just for couples looking to stay together. There were used condoms on the rack, used pregnancy detection kit in bathroom. Not at all a family stay hotel. The location is also not good. The only thing I loved is the behaviour of the staff, they are friendly and helpful. #oyo may be degrading their standards or they have lack of control in the hotel activities.

A nice place to stay in Nagpur. Near airport. Not far from highway. Easy metro access. Visited place for a meeting.
