Oyo is giving third class services these days, I recently booked a room in Gurgaon by OYO but when I visited the address there was no hotel with this name but some other hotel was there and the guy sitting on the reception denied on my face that we don't have your booking with us and at 10:30 in the night at a unknown place I had to walk one for miles and had to took another hhotel cost too much ....is this kind of service we should expect as a customer and you should give as provide ... Shameful
It is ok, rooms are good.. but unlike other OYO Townhouses these rooms don't have electric kettle and tea/coffee arrangements. The property cab be maintained in a much better way
This is a new property, quite clean and very close to Medanta Hospital and well connected with various landmarks. Quite economical, however the management needs to work on promptness of room service and variety of breakfast menu. All in all, worth the price!!
They didn't have sufficient staff that too were very unethical, impractical, ill mannered and wish not to coordinate with customers. Breakfast was vvvv poor, the quality of food was cheap. There was no enough food. They were not giving fresh parathas.
Worst experience ever, first they confirmed booking and when reached hotel they refuses booking and said they have no tie-up with oyo when call on customer service they call back after 2 days seriously is it a joke ? Worst experience with oyo will book any hotel with oyo
Nice hotel and staff. Constructions nearby make the surroundings noisy and messy. But still good enough for a relaxing stay. Quite close to Medanta. Overpriced food though.
Hello I would like to comment about my residence at OYO townhouse 018 for week from 19/9/2018 rob 24/9/2018 The reception stuff are good and behaved very polite with customers as well are perfect in hotel management thanks to MR Hemant , Shailesh and Karan for taking care to me and other guest but The only negative problem rooms are not very clean a lot of dust on floor and shower curtain in toilet should change looks so old , bedsheets should change everyday please take action about what I have mentioned above restaurant is good but tables are not clean too please hygiene and clean place are most important to be concerned for the guest in hotel Yousra Oman
Economical, comfortable, elegant & great staff. Though food is lil expensive, market is nearby Area is quite accessible to medanta, small market is on left to main Street, street food options are available, sector 32, 39 & 40. Even NH8 is close for swift exit to Delhi or to Jaipur
