Location, cleaniness all well... But, I'm writing at midnight 12, TV sound came from another room. Staff is excuses are just like I called that guest to slow down his TV volume, as it is midnight so how long he will continue to watch, don't consentrate on that volume... I requested for change my room but he simply said booking is full. Even I asked for some manager number, for night I'm here no one can come down.

If you want to experience extreme levels of customer service, this is the best place to stay. The manager Mr. Ashutosh is very responsive and always makes you feel great. The housekeeping staff does its job as if they are doing a favor. You ask them to clean the room and they will just sweep. If you want bathroom to be cleaned, make a specific request. You want the room to be mopped, make a specific request. You want the dustbin to be cleaned, make a specific request. Their attitude is pathetic. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms have issues with toilet flush and water logging.

Good hotel with affordable prices for stay in Surat. We went here with family because one of us had gotten an exam center in Surat. Location is convenient for accessing many of the city's useful landmarks like restaurants, tourist attractions and commercial buildings. (though you will need a car for traveling) The parking is very cramped and it is more convenient to park outdoors. We had a lot of trouble trying to park an SUV. Service is okay. The boys are not exactly polite and very hospitable but they are nice. Rooms are clean and WiFi access is a nice, added convenience. We didn't try the restaurant here as Zomato and good restaurants in general are plentiful nearby. Good hotel, recommended.

The hotel has very good rooms with ample space. That is the only good thing. 1) The rooms does not have basic facilities like a kitchen . 2) The rooms are cleaned only once. If you want to get it cleaned again it is not possible. 3) The hotel doesn't serve food. Only thing it serves is a simple breakfast with tea, that too after 8.30 Am 4) You need to tell them every day to get you a soap and towel. 5) Other facilities like kettle, fridge are not offered even in deluxe rooms. 6) The staff don't cooperate. If a bachelor wants to stay, the hotel will serve the purpose. Strictly not for families.

Infrastructure too good..,all new rooms with all basic facilities like ac , tv, round the clock hot water etc. The only issue is the food. They don't have kitchen services, you have to rely on nearby food outlets or online services. Hotel staff is quite cooperative. Opening a restaurant is shortly expected. Just check before you move.

It is good just on paper. No clinliness and service is worst. They don't visit for daily cleaning by their selves. Upon calling for service they don't come easily. Many times reception will be unmanned. Upon asking to change bedsheet they will just invert old one instead of replacing. Mosquitos are there inside room. Better to spend little bit more and stay at good Hotel.

Hotel is cheater. We booked for 3 guests and paid in advance for classic 2X room as shown in hotel details. Hotel denied the room when we board for check in. Hotel provided a small single bed room for 3 guests. Totally rude manager and staff when we asked for correct booking. Its clear that there is vacant classic 2X room as available, they shown before us but they denied that to OYO. Oyo and people should not approach this cheater hotel.

Oyo's name is being spoiled by this property. The owner is very rude, changed our deluxe room to classic room because boiler was not working and didn't even mention that it is classic. On being asked why did he not reveal he asked my mother and sister to checkout from hotel at 9pm. Also said won't take any further booking in future for our name. Also cleaning staff is bad. Washrooms are not properly cleaned. There is hair and dust on all the furniture. Do not go. Absolutely mentally unstable Gujrati owner. Don't spoil your stay.
