It can't be worse than what it is already. It has very dirty rooms with no facilities. There is no room service. If you want water you will have to get it yourself. There is no basic facility like towel, glass or anything like that. Leave aside food, you can't even get tea or coffee. The staff is so bad and rude. Never visit this hotel
Tv was not working properly, wifi was not available due to construction work nearby, commode flush was not working properly, problem was addressed quickly but they took a lot of time (3 hours) to fix it
If you are planning your stay in this property then don't it's better to stay in a dharmshala. It was my worst hotel experience ever No maintenance at all rooms are in pathetic condition,inspite of complaint they take no action and simply disconnect your phone provided at your room. No proper earthing done you may get electric shocks while touching bathroom lock from inside or the shower knob (I have experienced this in room 301) They don't even have power back if there is no electricity. No place to dine in. You will get hot water only in morning and other time you will get in a bucket there are geyser in every room but they are for show. No lift as well and very high stairs not recommended for elderly people. Please don't make your agra experience awful by staying at this property.
Zero star for East Gate Hotel in Agra. Staff not co-operative, charged double for cold drink, water and not gave bill. TV not working, smelly room, AC remote, Towel, hot water not available. One star required to publish otherwise they deserve zero star.
