The food and consumer service are very bad .. Don't choose for any functions
Unsatisfied behavior from the staff ,didn't give the food.they told to us that food was available then we went to restaurant .after 15 minutes of waiting one of the service staff told to us that they were closed the kitchen and food wasn't delivered
Booked this hotel for a temple visit with family. The hotel seemed deserted. Very poorly maintained rooms - stained curtains, unkempt beds, no hot water, garbage lying around in the corridors. Seemed like the floors hadn't been cleaned for days. Would not recommend this hotel for women and families. There were NO WOMEN staying at the hotel as quoted by the staff themselves.
The stay was really good for one night. We had booked a deluxe room for a family. The services provided were good. The restaurant next to it was okay which served decent food, except for the hygiene which was not that great. In brief- we get to stay in excellent rooms for reasonable prices but the food is better to have from nearby restaurants.
If I can give negative ratings I would have chose that. After waiting for 15-20 mins we got a food that was not hot, tasteless. Trust me a chicken curry for a porotta was nothing but a poori masala.. will never ever visit this place. One positive is the ambience is good
Rooms were fine but there were lot of mosquitoes. Cleanliness is good. Facilities are good. Parking is fine. Location accessible.
Suite rooms are average not the best. Not for value for money. But I felt it it safe from outside disturbance. Although it is in the side of bypass road
