Red Flag AC not working, no heated water, taps broken, broken shower, no towel provided, no toiletries provided. Bathrooms so small, drains not covered. Insects crawling in bathroom. Room locks broken, key doesn't goes in the keyhole properly. AC remote had no battries. No one picks when you dail reception. No power backup. Switches and sockets broken, sparks when you plugin power adapter for charging.
There are a lot of bed bugs (Khatmal) in the hotel.Pathetic experience In oyo app showing 900rs but when i reached at the hotel,they said oye booking hum log nahi lete,and they charged me 1500rs, When i entered in the room,that was horrible, hundreds of strains on the bedsheet,bad smell coming in room, washroom mug was broken, shower not working,very tiny space.overall very very bad experience,iwould suggest dont book this hotel

Worst Hotel to Stay. Bad Behaviour by staff. Denied complimentary breakfast which was included with the room. Room smells bad, bedsheet not clean, everything is rated in minus. Don't stay in this Hotel even if it's the last one. They target customers by lowering their price in MMT/OYO app then when you reached their hotel they ask for extra double money and deny all the facilities. Don't go there it's a trap.
Room was so dirty Washroom was not cleaned & even toilet seat was not proper condition Broken things inside Washroom and even drawer was broken After informing also bedsheet was not changed and pillow condition was horrible TV set up box remote not working Ac remote was not provided We can't order outside food as they have policy to buy from restaurants. Please don't go for this hotel atleast through OYO they have separate rooms for OYO booking and normal offline booking Only good thjngs it is qt walkable distance from Nagpur St stand
Worst place to stay at. Do not stay at this place. They will charge you extra money than the price on MMT and Goibibo. Bed is not clean. Walls are damaged. Doesn't feel like a safe place. Food prices are overcharged. Staff behavior is not good. Overall experience was worst. OYO is a company.
