Very nice and Ambitious Hotel In Lucknow. This Hotel Provides the Good Service and having Wonderful environment around. Location is best for stay as around having open enviroment and it is far away form pollution. Servents, Managers and Receptionist are Kind With Everyone. I will gave 5 star for eveything handled perfectly . I recommended to Stay here and have wonderfull experience. Food Quality is Very Good all the food items are Fresh reserved .

Very poor hotel. Very bad management. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone. You can try much better option.

Rooms were good but leakage in ac , taps and drainage issue Staff was rude ..examplenofbyou ask for water it will come after minimum 1 hrs and that too after calling again Food was good Cleanliness was maintained Location is 2 min walking from singapore mall

The rooms are small but it is good. It has a restaurant and an elevator. It is located in Gomti Nagar which is far from the city center. So if you just wanna stay then it's good and reasonable.

Room was nice and clean, location was also reachable. All the room appliances and amenities were provided and was in a good condition. Service was also good, staff and managers were really polite. Good and enjoyable stay..

**Very unprofessional and arrogant staff and very poor service. Don't go with ratings like we did** 1. Firstly they gave us the room where bathroom lock and exhaust fan was not working. When asked for replacing the room, they straight away denied saying all rooms are book but the whole hotel was empty, there was hardly 4 5 occupied rooms in the whole hotel. 2. We booked room with free breakfast which was 300rs costlier but to our surprise they didn't have any buffet or menu card from where you can order the breakfast. The only thing you can order is aloo paratha and tea and that too only 1 cup of tea. If you need more tea or paratha, you need to pay for it. No juice, eggs or coffee nothing in the free breakfast. 3. We had a lot of luggage but no one came to help us while checking out as we had a little argument over such a poor breakfast and the staff is too arrogant. 4. They were charging 30rs for a 20rs MRP water bottle. My suggestion, if you still plan to book this hotel. Do not book one with breakfast. We paid 600rs extra for those 2 rooms and got only an aloo paratha and 1 cup of tea for each in 600rs. Better have breakfast outside, there are many eateries and restaurants around. Also, please carry your own water bottle from the shops outside as they will charge you 10rs extra on the MRP. Very cheap tactics they are using for fooling the customer and saving a little bucks.

Nice place for business stay. The hotel staff is very courteous. Hotel offers good food at quite a reasonable price. The biggest advantage is the proximity of the hotel to 1: Sahara Multi Speciality Hospital 2: Singapore Mall.
