OYO Townhouse 646 Aroma Residency - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Aroma residency was one of the cleanest you can find in Bani Park. The location is absolutely on the circle, easy to reach and the service is quite amazing. Laundry service and parking available at the hotel and they boast an amazing value for money restaurant on the ground floor

They are a fraud hotel. They don't give you entry if you have booked online rather ask for more money and even after paying extra for breakfast they offer only bread and Tea. The reception staff is very rude. They should be removed from Oyo listings and if can't be done Oyo should stop offering online bookings.

Good For a short stay. near to railway station. Budget hotel room need a bit renovation and floor need to be properly mobbed in room. washroom was good. What so ever room type cost payed by customer should be welcomed by Hotel desk manager. Since he is not coming free. He has paid via best deal he saw.

Rooms were not cleaned, no window or balcony so very suffocating. Food is okay in restaurant. Charged extra for early check IN even the same was included. Hotel staff was okay. We were given torn & dirty towels. No toiletries were provided. NO tissue papers , no water bottles in room. Bed was stinky & bed sheet & mattress were torn. I am sorry to write this review but it was really a bad stay. If any hotel authority is reading this review, please try & improve the same.

Room needs a bit of restoration and food was not good at all. Budget friendly but in terms of service not worth.

I checked in many times at this hotel due to it's location. But I face one or the other problem everytime. I booked the room through OYO with prepaid payment. On the time of check-in, they still charged me extra by telling me that I've to pay the minimum tarrif amount. Rooms are just okay, to sleep and leave. Although rooms are not at all maintained. Washrooms are also just fine. Not upto the mark. Food prices are nominal. There is a space for car parking also in front of the hotel.

Location was good, staff were cooperative.Cleaning was not up to the mark. AC was not working. They charged 23% more amount than booking price else not ready to allot rooms. When I called on booking contact no. provided to me i.e. oyo no., they said my booking already canceled due to payment issue and nothing can be done now. They even not provided hotel's no. When I asked. Somehow I managed hotel's no. and called them, they said to pay higher amount than booking value which I had to pay.

Room was good clean but the bedsheet was not clean it was look like unhygienic. I have ordered chicken biryani but it was not at ll good not tasty even it was not look like a chicken biryani. When i have already booked a room and paid all the amount they charge me for room service 400. Location of hotel is good. Locality was good.
