The rooms were really nice but I would not say top tier. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and not too shabby. I really enjoyed the stay but For the amount that you are paying I think the rooms could be a little more better force wear broken and the fossils were not maintained properly and there were no exhaust fans. They also provide a good food facility which arrives on time in reasonable price and good taste and and quality the hotel is very easy to locate and check in process is also very very easy I would really recommend this hotel for any couples stay or even a family stay

Don't book rooms in this Oyo township. Worst staff behaviour, reception people cheat us scaming that they didn't receive confirmation, and we are forced to actually book a different room and pay 2600 rupees but actually through oyo it's around 1500 only.. We had come after a long travel and didn't even allow the women in the family to refresh. Complete inhuman treatment. They don't really follow ethics. They are just using Oyo platform to divert crowd to their rooms by charging low price, then in real time when you reach there, they twist and turn all possible ways to charge way more than what they actually quote.. Really irritating personalities in reception. What are they taught as humans I don't know? Please don't even hesitate to file a complaint against them in oyo customer service.

Property manager was extremely rude and abusive and denied check in although it was a prepaid booking. This has been escalated to Oyo management and the hotel will be blacklisted. Avoid staying here for your own mental peace.

Had really bad experience while my stay in hotel. There was no bathroom mirror, no door mat for bathroom, all floor gets wet when you come out of bathroom. They don't allow outside door from swiggy or zomato, so I ordered breakfast one day and had to chase for 1 hour, finally I went outside to have breakfast. They also charged 10 rs extra per water bottle. Rooms were dirty with all liquor sticker sticked on wall and pan masala spits.

Pathetic room, service, arrogant and harsh behavior by the hotel staff. Kept me waited for 1 hour infront of the hotel saying payment given to oyo was not reflected in their system. Not even a soap was given by the hotel staff for bathing. Rooms were filled with mosquitoes. Ordered some food , it was very old and the pineapple juice was made up off rotten fruit. it It was indeed a horrible experience .

This whole setup is a scam, you make the payment through Oyo and when you check in the hotel guys will ask more money to give you the booking and on top of that if you try to confirm your booking with them, their response is there's no assurance a room can be provided even if you've already made the payment and booked the room. Oyo service team is useless. Total Waste of money and time.

Not a hotel to stay in. Water doesn't come in shower. Water in tap is very slow, no hot water.. not a good hotel is stay in.Rooms are not clean.. everything is broken inside the room.. AC is not cold enough. This is not @Oyotownhouse standard.

Don't visit this hotel or book from the Oyo app. They are seriously cheating. During check in they will ask you extra 400-500 amount for each day of booking.There rooms are unsafe, some will have eye pieces missing som will have mirrors missing and there food is not ok. Please search for some other options instead of visiting this hotel. It's definitely not a family hotel.
