Oyo service is a big fraud company. They will ask us to pay money online but if we go and check in the hotel they will tell like we haven't received any amount, this building owner was different person and it is sold to us and payment went to them so we cannot give rooms like that. If u want rooms means pay 1200 Rupees but that online payment we haven't received like that they will tell. Oyo customer service is worst, when we tell what has happened and they will say that we will check and they will keep the call on hold for long time and they will not respond. I paid 790 rupees in online, they said that we have received the payment but hotel people will say that we haven't received. I have asked so many times for the refund and no response from the oyo customer care. I never went inside the room only but they only mentioned in the oyo rooms application as check in an check out both are over like that. Please never do online payment to Oyo rooms. They are completely fraudsters. This incident has happened for 3 more customers on the same day. They were also calling to they customer care but no solution found. We lost money. Please be careful guys
Oyo scams are going on. This i booked for a friend who had come from a foreign country and was tired and i had booked a room for him in the middle of the night. When i went to the hotel, the hotel reception guy said that we are out of rooms. If you want to cancel on your end you can. Or else you can do one thing pay 500-600 more and take one room which is available. Very very rude and this was not the first time. I have faced this in other hotels as well. They just deny and say call oyo we cant so anything. I guess Oyo should be banned and removed. Useless.
Worst services by Oyo and by this hotel management..refused to give room at midnight which was pre booked by Oyo..very bad behaviour by hotel and no response by Oyo team
The stay was value for money, however the rooms need some repairs. Also service needs to work on. Food quality was just okay.

Very bad place, don't come here ever Greedy employees, denied booking and requested triple the money offered on the phone, staff laughing at our expense. The room is dirty and smells bad. Overall very bad experience and do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible people.
Everything was good.. but one thing was happened there .. i booked for 2 person and app was also showing 1 room for 2 people but hotel staff saying you booked 1 room for 1person. I talked to customer care they said please pay extra amount which was 573/- he said we will refund you extra amount. He said and ensure me that when you leave hotel we will refund you directly.. Still no solution and I am waiting this is the 2nd change who i facing by OYO. Please do the needful and refund my extra amount...
