the exeperince was bad, whole hotel was smelling like rotten food. they r not discarding the food waste so it smells all the time. the food service provided is not good. so my husband had to leave at 9 o clock for his work but the breakfast they can provide was only after 9. And if u ask for anything, any small thing as well either they straight away saying no or charging the money. we asked them for a spoon and plate they said they will charge Rs 50 for it.

Writing this review only after visiting. Located in a nice area. Not too crowded not too desolated. We went on spot and booked a room. No fuss and hastle free checkin. The room was clean drinking water and towel and other toiletries were provided. No bad smell or disturbance was faced. Staff were very polite. Bathroom was clean. Did not face any issue. In room food service available. Stayed for 6 hours but charged for full day. Safe and cozy for couples.

the stay at the hotel was ok. Its location is good in terms of hospital and Alipur zoo, the nearest city attraction. Food served in the hotel is also good. The staff is also very cooperative, but the room service quality is very poor, as I had to time and again call them to serve the ordered food which would not come even after couple of hours! Room that I was provided has furniture like mirror, working table, almirah, but strangely does not have a chair that is needed to use the table!

The place is pathetic. At least my experience was pathetic. No regard for cleanliness. There were stains on the linen, the bed, the furniture, the walls. The hotel lacks basic amenities. No toilet paper in the room, no tissues either, when I asked the reception for some sort of paper the reply was, "sir there is no paper in the whole hotel". Would you believe if I told you the hotel ran out of water? Yeah the place ran out of water for an hour or so. The curtains do not prevent the light from entering the room and since my room window was facing the sun, the only alarm I needed early morning was the bright sunlight coming in the room since the fabric of the curtains is not thick enough to prevent that. Value for money is not a criteria this place can be judged upon because everything here is ridiculously expensive. The room tariff might make you think that the rooms are huge. They are not, they are just either average sized or incredibly small. The food is expensive. The morning breakfast is something you look for in a hotel. Not this one. The "spread" is not up to the mark. Toasts were cold(to be fair when I asked for fresh ones I did get them), paranthas were cold too. To give credit where it's due the management is helpful. It's just that they don't have enough means to help out the guest. They are courteous and dealt with me pleasantly. In all fairness I think that this hotel is apt for people travelling for work/business i.e. for a day or two but for tourists and people looking to explore the city or something else my advice is to avoid this place.

One of the worst hotel with no services. Not at all Worth for which you pay. Minimum things like toothbrush and toothpaste is not given, no hair dryer. Entrance of the hotel itself is recognizable. Food is good. Dining hall is there but used like a store room. Smells very bad outside the rooms. No proper cleanings in bathrooms.

Property renovated but experience not up to the mark. We changed one room twice. In first room geyser was not working. In the switches of geyser in different room at different place. In next room TV not connecting. The service by staff serving good totally mesh taking much time not asking any thing before kitchen closes. Totally need improvement.

The place is neat and clean.. good place to stay for 1 or 2 days AC quality is not good enough the TV doesn't have recharge so that you can view your channel. I booked 2 rooms and have been there twice the same issue was repeated.

This home was absolutely situated opposite to the Alipore RTO office. Rooms were clean and and tidy..Since it's a collection home so walls were beautifully decorated... Had an amazing view from the room. Charges were not so moderate. Few things which I didn't like about the stay was ..they didn't provided us any water bottle ..we had to buy it from there ( in generally most of the stay provides mineral water atleast). Basin's tap was not working.though didn't faced any problem since other taps were working. Overall it was good.
