Services of hotel is good. Stuff behaviour is good. Our T.V was not working,they changed the T.V immediately. In house food delivery is bit slow but acceptable because food quality is good. But one thing I have noticed that all oyo townhouse's rooms are sealed,there is no ventilation like openable windows,that's way rooms are so suffocating as no chance of taking fresh air
Room was very dirty, after clean floor it's no change. There was a restaurant menu, I order 3/4 items when I was going to pay my bill it was increased but good taste was very good. I asked why it is, they told tax hai sir, I never seen this type of things. At last they told me how was your stay, I reply average. Then the feedback time they told me sir give feedback right now. House keeping guy was very polite and I give him some tips. OYO rate this hotel very good but I don't think they are capable to that rating.
Before stating anything note the wifi doesn't work over here. The rooms stinks and not at all clean. It's like oyo had so much of funds so they invested in this building and are now not bothered about maintaining also. Again the customer service of oyo is hell disappointing.
The rooms were well designed outside under developed, but signs of mosquitoes on my visit. a bit away from the market place but well connected to airport less traffic jam
nice plate for some quality time but please dont go on sunday because maximum staff takes off so you wont get good room service and food service on Sunday's
